San Francisco Says is Born

San Francisco is home to roughly 800,000 unique and diverse people and is a destination for millions of others who come to The City for business and pleasure. Our city's human history dates back to early inhabitants as far back as 3000 BC [1], through Native Americans, Spanish Conquistadors, Mexican rule, incorporation into the United States, the Gold Rush, and the immigration of people from all over the country and the world.

Our City's makeup of people from all cultures and walks of life blend together to create a place like no other in the world. A very open-minded city that has embraced Hippies to Hipsters and Gays to Goths, and one that is extremely conscious of our human impact on the environment.

"SanFranSays is far out man." -Hippie

"SanFranSays is like a can of PBR, always fresh." -Hipster

"San-Fran-Says is Fab-U-Lous!" -Gay

"Get that camera out of my face." -Goth

San Francisco Says attempts to give a glimpse into the different views of our inhabitants by asking everyday San Franciscans and visitors of our great city a random question, then post their responses. We have no agenda except posting insightful, humorous, and non-nonsensical reactions.
